Individual homes delivered end to end, from setting out the foundations to the day the keys are handed over.
New-build work brings every part of SG together: groundworks, structure, trades, sequencing and finish. We manage the site, coordinate the trades and subcontractors and keep the programme moving, working alongside architects and designers where they are already appointed.
